These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using BizAgent, BizAgent Desktop and BizAgent Importer (the "Service") provided by Almie Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Use)
You shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Article 2 (External Services)
The Service works with external services such as Google and Anthropic (Claude Code). Use of those services is subject to their providers' terms. Any fees for external services are your responsibility.
Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
You must not:
- Act in violation of laws or public order and morals
- Place excessive load on the servers or networks of the Service or of third parties
- Modify or reverse-engineer the Service without authorization and provide it to third parties
- Infringe the rights of third parties
Article 4 (Intellectual Property)
Copyrights and other rights in the Service belong to us or the rightful owners. Rights in data you create with the Service belong to you.
Article 5 (Disclaimer of Warranties)
The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant that the Service is fit for any particular purpose or free of defects. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of content generated by AI.
Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)
We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 7 (Changes and Suspension)
We may change the Service or stop providing it without prior notice.
Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)
We may change these Terms. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Service.
